11th Floor inside Regus office suite

Parking: There is a parking garage connected to the building 8403 Colesville Road. Clients are responsible for paying for parking.

Office Logistics: Security is very tight. Please bring a photo ID. 

● Monday - Friday 9am-5pm 

Please inform the Security officer that you are visiting the 11th-floor Regus Office Suite for Lartey Wellness Group. 

● After 5pm on weekdays, and Saturday - Sunday 

○ Please call your clinician's Google voice number for entry. Their Google Voice number is shared within your client portal. 

○ There is a security guard who will allow you access to the lobby. The guard conducts security patrols every 30 minutes. During security patrols, the guard is unavailable to open the front doors. Please call your clinician's Google voice number for entry. 

○ Please allow your clinician 5 minutes to finalize their prior client.

Important: 

Normal Hours Entry (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM) 

Please take the elevator to the “M” floor. You will see wooden doors leading to the Regus Office. Check in at the front desk. Once you check in, your clinician will be notified and will meet you in the front lobby to bring you back to the office. 

After-Hours & Weekend Entry 

After weekday business hours and on weekends, your clinician will meet you at the front entrance to let you in. 

Please Note: 

● Security is on-site 24/7. Clients may park in the LAZ parking garage. After parking, please take the elevator to the “M” floor, where the office is located. 

● Allow a 5-minute grace period for your clinician to finish with their previous client. ● Your clinician’s name and Google Voice number will be provided for direct communication if needed. This information will be sent via Secure Messaging on your Portal Account and by text message. For any concerns, please contact our office at 1-800-994-5403. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
