Ana Karen Brunet is a Licensed Psychologist (MS), licensed in Puerto Rico since 2018. She received her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from the Carlos Albizu University that same year. Since graduating, she’s trained in Forensic Psychology (APPR, 2020) and Child Forensic Interviewing (APSAC, 2021). Her training has been focused mostly with adults and has additional experience working with addictions related issues training with ASSMCA. She has also received training working with symptomatology associated with complex psychological challenges such as: grief, childhood trauma, abandonment, inadequate modelling/social construction, social isolation, compromised self-esteem/self-concept, poor self-regulation, depression disorder, anxiety disorder and bipolar disorder. She considers herself to be a naturally curious person, and fascinated by how people’s minds work and how this reflects in their behaviour.

Dr. Melissa Carrasco González is an experience clinical psychologist. She earned her Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Ponce Health Sciences University and a Bachelors in General Psychology from University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. As a clinical psychologist, Dr. González can provide evidence-based diverse strategies to help people cope with life challenges.

Moreover, it is a field where she can help people search for what they need to achieve their goals and foremost what helps them for having an optimal quality of life. Theoretical models Dr. González utilizes in psychotherapy include: Cognitive-behavioral approaches, Humanistic approaches, Eclectic approaches, Psychological First Aid, Biopsychosocial approaches, Feminist approaches, Assisted animal therapy and other complementary models and sports psychology interventions.
