Tahja-Rae Dickenson, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker who works with children, teens, and adults navigating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions. She provides a calm, supportive space where clients feel understood and build practical skills that foster emotional clarity and confidence.


Tahja-Rae uses an integrative, developmentally informed approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and strengths-focused practices. Her work with children and teens focuses on emotional expression, coping skills, self-esteem, and family dynamics. Her work with adults includes support during pregnancy and the postpartum period, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm.
