When clinical information needs to be shared between sessions, please use the client portal or another communication method specifically authorized by LWG. Clinically relevant communications may be documented in the health record. For a minor client, communication with a parent, guardian, or other representative is subject to verified legal authority, applicable consent or custody documentation, and privacy requirements.
