Nicki Romley is currently enrolled in the Master’s in Clinical Counseling program at Washington Adventist University. With a strong belief in the power of collaboration, Nicki works to establish a safe, supportive, and healing environment for her clients. She is dedicated to respecting each client’s unique historical, cultural, and environmental experiences while working together toward positive outcomes.
Prior to her counseling internship, Nicki worked as a contact tracer for the Maryland Department of Health during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this role, she honed her ability to listen attentively and empathize deeply with individuals from diverse backgrounds, reinforcing her belief in the importance of clients being active participants in their own healing process.
