Jamila is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with her Masters Degree in Counseling. Jamila’s passion is to bring healing and empowerment to individuals by providing a space of unconditional acceptance. Jamila has experience working with children, adolescents/teens, young adults, and adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Jamila is drawn to evidence base practices and received training with the National Center for Evidence-Based Practice in Child Welfare. Jamila is trained in a range of modalities, including person center therapy, transactional analysis, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapies. We are unique individuals, and I am honored and humbled to listen to your story and walk with you through your journey of self-discovery, reestablishing a sense of value, healing and liberation.
