Jachell Stokes is an intern pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Washington Adventist University. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages navigate personal challenges such as depression, anxiety, stress and life transitions. Jachell specializes in supporting adolescents, adults, and families through complex relational dynamics, including marriage and family issues.

Drawing from her experience working in school settings and owning a daycare, Jachell brings a unique perspective to her counseling practice. She understands the importance of early intervention and the role family environments play in mental health. Her approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which she uses to help clients develop practical coping skills and foster emotional resilience.
