Clinician Biography
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with licenses in both Texas and Maryland, holding a Master’s degree from the University of Louisville. With over a decade of practice, my expertise is in supporting individuals through various life transitions and stressors. I specialize in assisting caregivers in managing the complexities of caring for family members or older adults. I also provide treatment for a wide range of mental health concerns in both children and adults, including dissociative disorders, bipolar disorder, ADHD/ADD, grief, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and career-related stress, helping them find clarity and navigate challenges effectively.
Life transitions often create uncertainty and my goal is to guide clients through these changes with a sense of clarity and confidence. Through a collaborative, strengths-based approach, I help clients identify and leverage their unique abilities to overcome obstacles, achieve personal and professional growth and make informed decisions to move forward with purpose. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, valued and understood. This environment fosters open dialogue, allowing clients to explore solutions without fear of judgment. My approach emphasizes emotional resilience and self-discovery, enabling clients to build stronger coping mechanisms and greater self-confidence. My goal is to form meaningful connections with each client to provide support, guidance and insight as they work through life's obstacles.
