Hello, my name is Gustavo, I'm currently at a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Washington Adventist University, Takoma Park. The program combines clinical theory and practice, as well as focusing on multicultural issues.

My areas of interest are depresion, anxiety, traumas, grief, conduct disorders, relationships difficulties, and LGBtQIA+ issues. I can also provide help with English and Spanish speaking clients.

I believe that each person have the ability to choose what is the best for them. My approach is person-centered; I focus on the strengths of the person and taking personal difficulties in consideration. As I continue growing, I would take into consideration that each individual is unique and it requires a different approach for each person.
