Clinician Biography

I am a bilingual Psychology Associate providing services in English and Spanish to children, adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring their experiences, and working toward meaningful change.

My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, relationship and family concerns, identity, cultural adjustment, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, empathetic, collaborative, and culturally sensitive, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based on each client's individual needs and goals.

My own life experiences with cultural adaptation, language barriers, military deployments, and grief have strengthened my appreciation for resilience, compassion, and the importance of feeling supported during challenging times. I strive to help clients recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and feel heard, respected, and understood throughout the therapeutic process.
