My path to becoming a therapist has always existed at the intersection of psychology, creativity, and a passion for working with children, couples, and families. As both a clinician and lifelong artist, I have come to appreciate the many ways people communicate their experiences, sometimes through words, but also through play, behavior, creativity, and connection.

Clinician Biography

Therapy, like art, is cathartic to me. This perspective shapes my approach to therapy and my belief that healing does not have to look the same for every person or dynamic. Throughout my training, I have worked with youth and families navigating emotional and behavioral concerns, trauma, academic difficulties, family challenges, and involvement with the juvenile justice system.

My experiences have taught me the importance of understanding each person not only as an individual, but also within the context of their family, school, community, culture, and other relationships that shape their development. The therapeutic process can be powerful and nuanced like one's favorite song, book, film, or just life in general. I look forward to joining and growing with you on that journey.
