Clinician Biography
Adaora is a dedicated public health and behavioral health professional with more than a decade of leadership experience in healthcare, community services, and human services settings. She holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has extensive experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, managing programs, coordinating services, and supporting individuals with complex behavioral health and social service needs.
Throughout her career, Adaora has worked with diverse populations, including individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and individuals facing social and economic challenges. She has provided leadership in program operations, staff development, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach, and quality improvement initiatives. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, compassion, and continuous learning.
In addition to her professional work, Adaora is pursuing doctoral research focused on nurse managers’ adaptive behaviors and leadership development during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. She is passionate about advancing equitable healthcare, strengthening behavioral health services, and developing programs that improve outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.
